Transfers: Two-way transfers, at 7:00 am from the Las Vegas Hilton and 7:15 am from Bally's Las Vegas.

Format: The tournament offers men, women, printers and suppliers an equal opportunity to win prizes and enjoy the fun!  Select your own foursome or allow SGIA to match you up in this Combined Scramble and Best Ball Format tournament.  Be sure to indicate your handicap or average score on the Registration Form. Club Rentals: A limited number of rental clubs are available from Rhodes and must be reserved in advance. Cost is $50 per set plus tax.

The above companies are providing tournament gifts or prizes so far … and others will be added.

Entry Fee: Entry fee of $125 (member) or $150 (nonmember) per person includes range balls, green fee, one-half cart, prize fund contribution, transfers, lunch, and refreshment carts driving around the course. Use of the driving range and putting green are included in the fee.

Dress Code: Collared shirt, shorts must be mid-length and cannot be denim or cut-offs. No halter tops, bathing suits, jogging or sweat pants. The club is a soft spike facility.

Refreshments: Refreshment carts will be operated around the course. A box lunch, packed in a souvenir lunch cooler provided by SGIA, will be placed on your cart, and a Caddy Shack Awards Presentation will be held at the conclusion of the tournament, sponsored by SGIA.

Deadline for entries: August 31, 2006 or when 144 registrations are received, whichever comes first.

Eligibility: Men, women, printers, suppliers, guests.

Cancellation: In the case of inclement weather, SGIA reserves the right to cancel the tournament and will refund the entry fee, unless play has started.

Note: You must be at pick-up hotels at the appointed times, or at the course by 8:00 am to participate in the tournament. Specific pick up times will be provided one week before the tournament, but will be approximately 7:00 am. Return transfers to these hotels will be at approximately 2:45 pm.

Be sure to specify in writing directly on the registration form the name(s) of any individual(s) who are also registered with whom you wish to play . . . or SGIA will be pleased to make up a foursome. SGIA will confirm your golf registration and send you complete tournament and transfer information.

$125— Member Firm — (per person) $150 after August 31
$150— Nonmember — (per person) $175 after August 31

Cancellation Policy:  A 10% charge will be made for all cancellations received on or before July 26; a 25% charge will be made for cancellations from July 27 through August 23; a 50% charge from August 24 through September 7.  No refunds thereafter, or for no shows. Registration is transferable to another person from your company if request is received in writing by September 7 and a $10 processing fee is paid. All cancellation requests must be made in writing and received by the dates listed here. You may fax the cancellation to 703.273.0469.
