Rules and Regulations and Related Information

This section contains information on the following topics:

Compliance with our Rules & Regulations will be strictly enforced.Definitions of various booth configurations are included in this section. Please be certain to review your booth configuration diagram carefully. Sales Promotional Materials may be distributed from your booth only.
  • Hospitality Suites, Dinners, Tours, and other Private Events are not to conflict with general Convention activities. This is in accord with show rules which are part of the contract you have signed. What this means is you can host an event anytime Tuesday; after 5:00 pm on Wednesday and Thursday; before 9:30 am only on Friday; and after 3:00 pm on Saturday during convention week. You may host an event any morning, as long as it concludes by 9:00 am.
  • Please refer to Exhibitor Policies enforced by the Georgia World Congress Center by using the links shown above.
  • We encourage you to participate in the SGIA Air Quality Initiative and help us to make the exhibit hall more comfortable. For exhibitors of UV and conventional dryers, SGIA is requesting compliance with the following requirement: Because of UV generated ozone or solvent vapors from screen printing and drying operations, and complaints from attendees who are breathing these chemicals, all drying equipment must have ducting which extends at least 6 feet above floor level. This will have the effect of dispersing the vapors above the level of attendees’ heads; thereby decreasing the concentrations that they breathe. Additionally, we request that you minimize the total amount of solvent-based inks that are printed in any one day.
  • Rules & Regulations (pdf) that are part of the contract you signed are contained in this Exhibitor Services Manual.
