Crawford Golf Tournament Invitation To Enter – Deadline: September 12 Date: Tuesday, October 14, 2008 Times: A box lunch, packed in a souvenir lunch cooler provided by SGIA, will be placed on your cart and a Caddy Shack Awards Presentation will be held at the conclusion of the tournament. Format: The tournament offers men, women, printers and suppliers an equal opportunity to win prizes and enjoy the fun! Select your own foursome or allow SGIA to match you up in this Scramble Format tournament. Be sure to indicate your handicap or average score when you register online. Club Rentals/Shoe Rentals: A limited number of rental clubs are available from Heritage Golf Glub and must be reserved in advance. Cost is $50 USD per set. Heritage Golf Club offers Mizuno golf clubs in several styles to enhance your playing experience. Men and ladies, right and left hand available. John M. Crawford Golf Tournament Co-Sponsors
Entry Fee: Entry fee of $140 USD (member) or $160 USD (nonmember) per person includes the use of the practice facility, green/cart fee, range balls and lunch. Use of the driving range and putting green are included in the fee. After September 12, the entry fee is $165 USD (member) or $185 USD (nonmember). Dress Code: All players are expected to wear appropriate golf attire. Collared shirts for men, no denim, and Bermuda length shorts are required. No halter tops, bathing suits, jogging or sweat pants. The club is a soft spike facility. Deadline for entries: September 12, 2008 or when 144 registrations are received, whichever comes first. Register for the Golf Tournament on the Registration site. Eligibility: Men, women, printers, suppliers, guests. Cancellation: In the case of inclement weather, SGIA reserves the right to cancel the tournament and will refund the entry fee, unless play has started. Pairings: If you would like to be paired with specific registered golfers, please list their names in the area provided on the golf registration page of the Registration site. If no names are listed, SGIA will make up a foursome for you. All golfers must register online in order to be paired. Ticket Cancellation Policy: A $75 cancellation fee applies to cancellations made in writing to SGIA prior to September 26, 2008. There are no refunds for cancellations received after September 26, 2008. Registration is transferable to another person from your company if your request is received in writing by September 26, 2008. |
