The fun starts even before the show does! Plan to arrive a day early for SGIA ‘08 and meet up on the green with old friends, future business partners and new acquaintances. Before you hit the Expo floor, make the rounds on the links. (Oh, and did we mention the prizes?)

Entry fee
Entry fee of $140 USD (member) or $160 USD (nonmember) per person includes the use of the practice facility, green/cart fee, range balls and lunch. Use of the driving range and putting green are included in the fee. After September 12, the entry fee is $165 USD (member) or $185 USD (nonmember).

Deadline for entries
When 144 registrations are received, whichever comes first.  Register for the Golf Tournament on the Registration site.

Itinerary
8:00 am — Sign in at the Heritage Golf Club
8:30 am — Shotgun tee off
1:30 pm — Caddy Shack Awards Presentation

Format
The tournament offers men, women, printers and suppliers an equal opportunity to win prizes and enjoy the fun!  Select your own foursome or allow SGIA to match you up in this scramble-format tournament.  Be sure to indicate your handicap or average score when you register online.

Club rentals
A limited number of rental clubs are available from the Heritage Golf Club and must be reserved in advance. (Rental: $50)

Dress code
All players are expected to wear appropriate golf attire. Collared shirts for men, no denim, and Bermuda length shorts are required. No halter tops, bathing suits, jogging or sweat pants. The club is a soft spike facility.

Food and drink
A refreshment cart will be operated around the course. A box lunch, packed in a souvenir lunch cooler provided by SGIA, will be placed on your cart and a Caddy Shack Awards Presentation will be held at the conclusion of the tournament.

Men, women, printers, suppliers, guests.

Weather policy
In the case of inclement weather, SGIA reserves the right to cancel the tournament and will refund the entry fee, unless play has started.

Cancellation policy
A $75 cancellation fee applies to cancellations made in writing to SGIA prior to September 26, 2008.  There are no refunds for cancellations received after September 26, 2008. Registration is transferable to another person from your company if your request is received in writing by September 26, 2008.
