Session Two: Art Prep/Pre Registration (11:00 a.m. Daily)
Everything you need to know about art preparation, from concept to screen, will be discussed here. A sample printing job will be done on an eight color automatic and on an eight color manual press. Each job will utilize an M&R Triloc pre- registration system that will demonstrate the potential setup efficiencies users can gain with their use.

Session Three: More Art, As It Relates to Printing (12:00 p.m. Daily)
This is a more in-depth session, involving:
- Computer manipulation of art
- Sizing of images
- Mesh calculations
- Placement of half-tone images at angles on mesh
- Off-contact requirements vs. screen mesh count
- Ink modifications
- Squeegee durometers
- Color sequence
- Color separation
- Art placement for horizontal split fountain printing

Session Four: Manual Printing (1:00 p.m. Daily)
This session will explore printing with a manual press to achieve results obtained on an automatic press. After printing, the speaker and group will move to a six color Riley Hopkins manual press, to setup and print two separate three color jobs. Special effects printing will also be demonstrated, as well as a three color "split fountain" job.

Session Five: Automatic Success (2:00 p.m. Daily)
This session presents the requirements and considerations when purchasing an automatic press for your shop:
- How to plan workflow and location of the press
- How to unload the press out of the truck
- How to move it into place in the shop
- The build-up of the machine
- How to run an eight color job using 23 inch by 31 inch screens
- How the eight screens are loaded, registered using an M&R Triloc pre- registration system, inked and run

Session Six: Transfer This (3:00 p.m. Daily)
This session will begin with explanations of what a transfer is, how it's printed, how the transfer is placed on a garment and how it's cured in a heat transfer machine. Several techniques will be shown on how to print transfers with a vacuum table from Hix Corporation. Shirts and caps will be decorated on transfer presses, and specialty transfers will be transferred onto various garments.
