Lease fees of booths and islands (in U.S. dollars) to 2012 member companies are listed here (nonmembers please add $800.00 additional nonmember fee). Booth prices are non-commissionable. Standard booth size is 10 ft. x 10 ft. (3.05 meters x 3.05 meters). Island sizes are as shown on the floor plan. This floor plan is a preliminary layout and is subject to change.

The listed booth lease fee includes back drape, side-rail drapery, and carpeting for all inline, end cap and peninsula booths — (All island booth exhibitors will be responsible for their own flooring*), booth sign, limited number of booth personnel badges when ordered in advance online, a booth in the Virtual Trade Show on the SGIA Web site, free company name and address listing in the Exposition guide along with company keywords,**listing in the Products & Services Index,** and a listing in one or more pre-convention promotional brochures.**

*Exhibitors with island booths at the 2012 SGIA Expo will be responsible for providing their own flooring solution or may obtain carpet, carpet padding and visqueen directly through Shepard Exposition Services. All order forms will be available in the Exhibit Service Manual available in May of 2012.

800 – 3499 square feet: $22.80 per square foot
Over 3500 square feet: $20.35 per square foot
