SGIA’s Membrane Switch Council is a pivotal group for providing information and educational opportunities to membrane switch producers, industry suppliers, and OEM’s. Producers need to stay on top of the latest production methods, industry equipment, and materials, so they can meet and exceed changing technological requirements. Since 1993, SGIA has brought membrane switch industry leaders together to explore the latest imaging technologies, production methods, and issues surrounding this highly-specialized market. The Council also prepares the educational programs for the annual SGIA Membrane Switch Symposium, which is the premiere event for the membrane switch industry. Industry leaders, thinkers, and doers present a variety of educational sessions that will expand your knowledge of electronics and membrane switches. Areas typically discussed are marketing and industry trends, new technologies, production methods and practices, finishing operations, and much more. In addition you will meet with distributors and manufacturers of equipment, components, substrates, inks, adhesives, and testing equipment to discuss problem solving and new technologies for your shop. Add to that peer contacts and you will have the knowledge to meet and exceed the changing demands of the industry.
