Important Dates and Deadlines
April 16, 2010 — If you will be using an independent display house/contractor to install or dismantle your display, please notify GES by April 16, 2010. GES must receive their required form by April 27, 2010 — please see page 15 of the Decorator Service Kit (pdf 1.6MB).
April 27, 2010 — If you plan to purchase an exhibit display from GES, the order must be placed by April 27, 2010 — please see page 32 of the Decorator Service Kit (pdf 1.6MB).
April 27, 2010 — Most services provided by GES, including cleaning service, floral, furniture rental, modular display rental, etc. must be ordered from GES by April 27, 2010 in order to take advantage of their discounted services — if you will need outbound shipping arrangements made through GES, please see page 21 of the Decorator Service Kit (pdf 1.6MB).for instructions. Please review the contents of the Decorator Service Kit for all available services, prices and order deadlines.
April 30, 2010 — All utilities (electrical, water and air) and communications (internet and telecommunications) must be ordered through the Sheraton Phoenix Downtown Hotel by April 30, 2010 in order to take advantage of their advanced discounted prices. Please see forms located in the Decorator Service Kit (pdf 1.6MB).
Shipping Information
May 13, 2010 — All deliveries to the Advanced Warehouse must arrive at the advanced warehouse on or between April 14 – May 13, 2010 to avoid penalties. Shipping labels and details are located on pages 17 through 24 in the Decorator Service Kit (pdf 1.6MB).
