Location
The 2011 SPIRE Meeting will be held at the Omni Tucson National Resort in Tucson, Arizona.

The Omni is conveniently located approximately 30 minutes from Tucson International Airport and 90 minutes from Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport. Come join SPIRE members and network in Tucson!

Meeting and Social Events
The meeting will begin with a Welcome Reception/Dinner on Sunday, February 20 from 6:30-10:00 p.m. at the Omni Tucson National Resort. The general sessions will be on Monday (full day) and Tuesday (half day). Dinners will also be held on Monday, February 21 and Tuesday, February 22. There will be optional golf outings scheduled for Sunday morning and Tuesday afternoon.

Dress Code
Business casual is appropriate for the meetings and dinners. A light jacket or sweater may be required in the evenings. Take note of the dress requirements of the optional events as noted.

Registration Changes and Cancellations
Please complete the online registration form no later than January 21 to guarantee your registration. Changes or cancellations for registration must be in writing. All dinner and event fee activities (including no-shows) are non-refundable after February 4. If you are unable to participate, please notify SGIA before February 4.

Hotel Changes and Cancellations
SGIA have negotiated a very favorable group rate of $189.00 USD for run of house rooms, plus applicable taxes. Please contact the hotel directly at 520.297.2271 to reserve your room. Be sure to reference the Specialty Graphic Imaging Association/SPIRE Meeting when you call to secure the group rate. It is recommended that you guarantee your reservation for late arrival by a major credit card. Changes or cancellations for the hotel reservations should be made directly with the hotel. To avoid penalty, you have until February 15 to cancel a sleeping room reservation. If you do not cancel within that timeframe, your credit card will be charged for one night’s stay.
