Innovation is the key to continued success in today’s marketplace, especially as consumer products and services are completing their lifecycles — from introduction to commoditization — faster than ever before.

Because of this fast pace, your customers are keenly interested in technologies and ideas that improve their competitive position. We see this clearly in the SGIA community, where the most successful printers and imagers are strong innovators, continually bringing new opportunity to their customers.

As the pace of change increases, it becomes easier to see that innovation doesn’t follow a linear path. Successful innovators want to see what’s happening outside of their market. They want the benefit of diversity.

The diversity found within the SGIA community creates that strong, innovative environment. SGIA members produce display graphics, signs, vehicle wraps and OEM markings. They image garments, ad specialties and just about any product you can imagine. Still others in the community use digital and screen imaging for a host of manufacturing applications, marking everything from plastics and fabrics to glass and wood.

SGIA provides unique access to a wide-ranging community where the use of screen printing and digital imaging is the common denominator. The environment that results gives printers and imagers a look beyond their vertical markets to see many other ways imaging technologies can and will be used.

Innovation isn’t easy. It takes a great deal of effort. The more help you have, the better. That’s where SGIA comes in. Your Association is a community in which innovation and creativity flourish, a community that helps its members succeed in a competitive marketplace.
