A: I truly enjoy the year-end planning process, the process of reviewing the past year’s performance in many ways and having the next two to three years projections and plans ready to go. My strategies include:

  1. Be realistic and assume nothing.
  2. Homework: Take the time to do things right.
  3. Prepare and document goals, monthly findings and accurate results.
