Cancellation by SGIA
SGIA/PDAA reserves the right to cancel testing at any time with reasonable notice given to all participants. If a testing session is cancelled, refunds will be paid in full, or you may reschedule attendance for the next available testing date. SGIA/PDAA reserves the right to cancel or reschedule testing dates if fewer than three registrations are received, three weeks in advance.
In the event of a cancellation, SGIA/PDAA is not responsible for non-refundable airfares, other airfare penalties or travel charges you may incur.

If you are flying, fly into Kansas City International Airport in Kansas City, MO, the airport code is MCI. Plan on arriving on the Thursday evening before your Friday Test Date. The testing location is 35 miles south of the airport. Testing ends between 5:00 and 6:00 p.m. Because of the distance to the airport, do not book a departure before 8:00 p.m. on Friday. A Saturday morning departure is less stressful for most people. PDAA members receive a 15% discount at Choice Hotels and this one is just 2.4 miles from the testing location:

Please arrive at the location promptly at 8:00 a.m. on your confirmed testing date. There is no need to arrive earlier, they do not open until 8:00 a.m. The test will begin no later than 8:30 a.m., earlier if everyone is there and ready.
