Registration Details
Cancellation by SGIA
SGIA/PDAA reserves the right to cancel testing at any time with reasonable notice given to all participants. If a testing session is cancelled, refunds will be paid in full, or you may reschedule attendance for the next available testing date. SGIA/PDAA reserves the right to cancel or reschedule testing dates if fewer than three registrations are received, three weeks in advance.
In the event of a cancellation, SGIA/PDAA is not responsible for non-refundable airfares, other airfare penalties or travel charges you may incur. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK YOUR TRAVEL UNTIL AFTER YOU RECEIVE TESTING CONFIRMATION FROM PDAA.

Travel Information & Testing Location
Once you have received your testing confirmation, the information below will help you make your travel plans.
The test will be held at the offices of Sign Connection, a fellow PDAA Member:

If you are flying, fly into Kansas City International Airport in Kansas City, MO. The airport code is MCI. Plan on arriving on the Thursday evening before your Friday test date. The test will take all day, until at least 5:00 p.m., so if you can get a flight that departs around 8:00 p.m. or later, you should be good. If not, you should fly home Saturday morning. The testing location is about 45 minutes south of the airport. The hotel listed below is close to the testing location:

Please arrive at the testing location promptly at 8:00 a.m. on your confirmed testing date. There is no need to arrive earlier, they do not open until 8:00 a.m. Testing begins no later than 8:30 a.m., earlier if everyone is there and ready.
