Fairfax, Virginia - SGIA announces a new Web site for the Association's Sign Code Partnership program, which assists members with local zoning restrictions on graphics.
David Williamson, principal of The Visual Information Group (VIG) LLC, has partnered with SGIA to offer resources about sign code regulations and tactical solutions for zoning code obstacles affecting the specialty imaging industry. The Web site provides an overview of the SGIA Sign Code Partnership as well as feature articles detailing sign law policy.
"The SGIA community has long benefited from our relationship with Williamson," said Michael Robertson, SGIA's President and CEO. "Through our new partnership, we're better able to offer members the means to effectively work with local districts on sign and zoning issues."
Under the Sign Code Partnership agreement, each SGIA corporate member can receive an annual, complimentary consultation with Williamson, an attorney licensed in Ohio with a private practice focusing on sign law. SGIA corporate members also receive a 20 percent discount off regular VIG fees for services concerning additional or continuing sign code issues.
SGIA members can schedule an appointment with VIG by contacting Williamson at 513.762.7698 or dw@visualinformationgroup.com.
