SGIA Workshop Registration and Cancellation Policies
In order to guarantee your place in a class, full payment must accompany your registration. SGIA accepts credit cards, personal checks, business checks, money orders and bank wires.
It is recommended that you confirm the class will be held before making your travel plans. SGIA makes a go/no go decision 2 ½ weeks before the start date of each class. Please verify by phone that the class will be held before purchasing non-refundable airline tickets.
Registrant Cancellation Policy
SGIA will refund 100% of the workshop tuition if you cancel 2 ½ weeks or more prior to the class start date. There will be a 50% cancellation charge if you cancel less than 2 ½ weeks before the workshop start date. There will be no refund for cancellations with less than 48 hours notice or for no shows.
Cancellation by SGIA
SGIA reserves the right to cancel the program at any time with reasonable notice given to all participants. If a program is cancelled, refunds will be paid in full or you may reschedule attendance in the next available seminar.
In the event of a cancellation, SGIA is not responsible for non-refundable airfares, other airfare penalties, or travel charges you may incur.
Group Discount Rates
A group discount of 15% will be extended to companies sending 3 or more people. For groups of 5 or more, a 25% discount will apply to all tuition costs.
