Dean has 35+ years of experience as an Executive Manager of many different Pre-Press and Printing operations, including Litho, Large Format Digital, Screen Printing and Flexography, in the POS/POP and Packaging industry, serving many Fortune 500 brands. His expertise in strategic planning, development of operational strategies and New Business Development makes him a valuable asset and Leader to our industry.
Dean also is an active participant in the industry through his involvement with various organizations that are responsible for providing Leadership and Direction to the Graphic Arts Industry. Currently he sits on SGIA Board of Directors as well participating with Industry manufactures in a Customer Advisory Board role with both HP and EFI, which provides direction for future technological advances for the Digital Print industry.
Kevin Gazdag is currently President at KG Graphics Decor, a specialized on demand digital printing company that prints on custom fabrics and substrates, serving Retail, Trade Show Exhibit, Interior Decor and Events Industries.
After graduating from Kent State University with a major in finance, he joined KSK Color Lab, a startup Commercial Photo Lab. Kevin led the company into the digital revolution in 1990 and held many positions, including President of KSK LLC, a company based in Las Vegas which solely produced Slot Glass Graphics for the Casino Industry. Through Visionary Leadership he has been standing alongside colleagues and clients for over 35 years.
Kevin enjoys a good sense of humor, being with his family- wife Maureen, children Britt and Brad and the many friends over the years.
Rich Thompson, founder, and principle with AdGraphics, a premier Large Format Digital Imaging & Signage Service Bureau since 1992.
Rich earned his bachelor’s degree from Calvin College, Grand Rapids, MI., and his master’s degree in Cross Cultural Studies and Anthropology from Fuller Seminary, Pasadena, CA.
Rich was a faculty member with The Big Picture Conference and is an Advisory Board member for Keiser University. He is also one of original members of the Editorial Advisory Board with Digital Graphics Magazine and is currently on their Technical Advisory Board. Rich has been a consultant for both 3M’s Commercial Graphics Customer Advisory Panel and HP’s Customer Advisory Group. He has served on the Board of Directors with DPI (Digital Printing & Imaging Association) and FGA (Fabric Graphics Association). He is a founding member of GIGA (Global Imaging Graphics Association). Rich is currently Chairman of the Board for SGIA (Specialty Graphics & Imaging Association).
Among the many accolades, a few that stand out are the Pioneer Award for being the first company to complete a full vehicle wrap using digital printing. Being selected as the first ever FESPA (Federation of European Specialty Printing Association) International Hall of Fame inductee, as the world’s top printer as selected by his peers from over 40 countries. And, Disney’s Innovation Award as Supplier of the year in 2014.
Terry graduated from Butler University in 1970. He served in the U.S. Army in Armor Recon from 1970-1971. Since the Cormans' purchase of Firehouse Colorlab in 1989, it has evolved from one of the largest commercial photo labs in America into one of the premier digital graphics producers on the planet. Terry has served as Chairman of the 500 Festival Parade and was also on the Board of Directors. He is a past President of APCI - an International Trade Association. Terry is on the Board of Directors for United Way, United Christmas Service. He also serves on the Board of Visitors for Butler University's College of Education and is a long-time sponsor of Butler University Basketball. Terry enjoys reading, ukulele, jazz, golf and the history of ideas.
Wayne Colbath has spent the last 20 years in the Digital printing space. He has recently joined Continental Grafix USA as their National Sales Manager. Prior to that he was with Kornit Digital as a business unit manager in the DTG and Textile space.
Wayne got his start in the large format printing space with Drytac, where he spent 16 years eventually rising to the level of Vice President North America. Wayne is originally from the Boston area and graduated from Framingham State University with a bachelors of arts degree. Currently, he resides in Melbourne, FL.
