Right to Know
SGIA’s Right to Know (RTK) Program assists screen printing and digital imaging companies operating in the United States in providing training according to the Occupational Safety and Health Administration’s (OSHA) Hazard Communication Standard (29 CFR 1910.1200). RTK gives you a step-by-step guide to performing meaningful, interactive training exercises and building comprehensive Written Programs in order to be in compliance with OSHA’s Standards.
The components of this program include: an employer guidebook complete with a script and tips on training adults, a training video, safety posters with required warning label information, training evaluations, and an employee handbook. These tools provide the mechanisms to increase awareness of both chemical safety and personal protective equipment used in the workplace.
