Mike Ruff

Mike Ruff has over 40 years of experience in the Graphic Arts Industry and is currently providing consulting services for the Grand Format Screen Print and Digital Inkjet industry.  Mike has experience as operations manager of grand format print operations, Chief Technology Officer for Nazdar Consulting Services, and business owner of both screen print and digital prepress companies. Mike is a Certified SGIA Digital Color Management Instructor, and a Certified G7 Expert. He was trained in color control theory through GretagMacBeth, X-Rite and RIT Color Management Flexographic Training. Mike is a Member and former Chairman of the Academy of Screen and Digital Print Technology and has been actively involved in IDEAlliance Print Properties Committee, USTAG, and CGATS (Committee for Graphic Arts Technical Standards). Mike Ruff is the technical author of ISO 12657-5, Graphic technology — Process control for the manufacture of halftone color separations, proof and production prints —Part 5: Screen printing
