Excelitas Technologies® Corp., a global technology leader delivering innovative, customized photonic solutions, will showcase its OmniCure® LED UV curing systems at OptiNet China 2019 (June 12 - 13, Beijing) booth #A18.

Among Excelitas' featured products are:

OmniCure AC9225-F LED Fiber UV Curing System: Ideal for fiber coating or marking applications, the new air-cooled OmniCure AC9225-F delivers up to 20 watts per square centimeter irradiance at a 10-15-millimeter working distance. The system features a custom optical design to optimize delivery of UV onto the fiber, thus allowing for efficient curing and faster line speeds with greatly reduced electrical power consumption compared to traditional lamp solutions.

OmniCure AC8 Series UV LED Curing Systems: The innovative design of Excelitas’ OmniCure AC8 UV LED Systems includes a high-performing, small form-factor, air-cooled solution to enable faster line speeds in industrial manufacturing and printing. OmniCure AC8150, AC8150P, AC8225, AC8225P, AC8300 and AC8300P UV LED curing systems feature advanced front-end optics to provide high power, high peak irradiance and exceptional uniformity for fast curing of inks, adhesives and coatings.

OmniCure AC4 Series LED Small-Area UV Curing Systems: The OmniCure AC4 Series of air-cooled LED UV Curing Systems are designed with high output LEDs and custom optics to deliver irradiance of over 8 watts per square centimeter with exceptional uniformity at long working distances. AC4 Series of products utilize Excelitas’ patented process for individually addressing and controlling each LED UV module output to provide consistent results, enabling manufacturers to achieve high productivity and reduced running costs.

OmniCure PLC2000 Programmable Controller: When connected to an AC Series LED UV curing system head, this multipurpose, external controller device allows you to intelligently manage, monitor and control an LED system. With unparalleled control of the LED UV systems, the PLC2000 can be used to dynamically adjust the output intensity, exposure time and on/off capabilities while providing system information and error monitoring. The compact, portable PLC2000 can be operated locally or remotely through an automated system and is well-suited for use in manufacturing environments, laboratory, or research and development applications.
