A manufacturer would be considered a small batch manufacturer if both the following income and product limits are met. All qualifying businesses must annually register with the CPSC.
To qualify as a small batch manufacturer, total gross revenues, in the previous calendar year (e.g., calendar year 2013 sales to qualify for calendar year 2014), from the sale of all consumer products must be $1 million or less.
