Job Tracking

To maximize productivity and minimize “bottle necks” in the activity areas listed previously, a technique known as job tracking has given production personnel the knowledge of where goods and services are at any moment and when they can expect these goods to be forwarded to the next activity.  Job tracking is a quick reference tool that may look something like the following model, however your specific production flow may require modification:
