Sales Management: Objectives & Subjectives

On a scale of one to 10, how would you rate each of your salespeople? Let’s start with a general rating, reflecting how satisfied you are overall with performance. A rating of 10 would go to a top-level professional who does everything you ask of him/her, or more. A salesperson with a score of five or lower should probably have been fired already, or never hired in the first place.
