AccuStore? Releases Enhancements to Mobile Data Capture, Electronic Surveys and Task Management

AccuStore, a provider of site intelligence for retailers and multi-site operators, has announced the release of the AccuStore Mobile app version 3.4 for iOS and Android platforms. The latest release of AccuStore makes surveys, capture of store walk insights and management of store-level tasks even easier with improved handling of photos and expanded off-line access to mobile functionality. The AccuStore Mobile survey feature enables retailers to gather the store information they need fast, such as site-specific data, local market conditions and competitive pricing. The survey questions can be customized to include photos or multiple choice questions. And for clear visual validation of responses from the field, recipients can be asked to respond with store-specific photo attachments. Users can also respond to the surveys without a Wi-Fi internet or cellular data connection, and sync the survey once a Wi-Fi connected is re-established. Other AccuStore Mobile release features:
  • Enhanced Tasks – users can now add pictures and notes to provide specific details and validation that tasks have been completed. Tasks also include GPS tracking to improve accountability.
  • Improved photo captions – users can now add captions to individual photos in a Capture.
  • More intuitive Store Types tab – enables users to quickly categorize several locations to indicate shared attributes across a subset of stores.
“Our grocery, specialty retail and foodservice customers are looking for more efficient ways to collect data from the field and to ensure the accuracy of site profiles. The AccuStore mobile survey feature enables users to gather the store-level intelligence they need quickly and in real time to make informed decisions on capital improvements and expedite product roll outs—helping to raise the bar on execution and compliance audits,” said Nancy Carter, AccuStore’s Product Manager. “And the tasks and Capture photo enhancements make it easier for field-level employees to complete tasks and share key insights to help improve the customer experience and to ensure stores are getting the right attention.”
