Just when you thought the local sign codes have settled and your sign customers had legal permits in their hands, along comes the long arm of the law — at least the couple of fingers that handle code enforcement. It may seem like this happens every year. But if a local code was just amended, or if there were no issues recently raised, why would there need to be more changes?
