Tales of the Tiles: Digital Ceramic Printing is Growing – But Opportunities Are Limited

If you have wandered through the flooring section at your local home improvement store, you may have noticed that there is no shortage of ceramic tile-based décor options in variety of designs that often belie the fact that the material is actually ceramic. For example, if you want wood flooring, you can now get ceramic tiling that is virtually identical to wood in both color and even texture — and is more durable and scratch-resistant than real wood. Then there is faux stone, false brick — you name it.
