Part 1 of this article, featured in the May/June issue of the 2016 SGIA Journal, talked about some of the risks and rewards of signing a contract that designates your company as the single provider of a package of communications-related services over an agreed-upon period. While the opportunity to win a guaranteed stream of revenue is attractive, it can be very risky if you aren’t prepared to meet the rising expectations of your client.
