OSHA?s Final Recording and Reporting Occupational Injuries and Illnesses Rule

The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) has issued a final rule to revise its Recording and Reporting Occupational Injuries and Illnesses regulation — parts of which will become effective later this year. The new rule will make revisions and clarifications to the old regulation, and will allow OSHA to have access to a greater collection of information regarding injury and illness in certain facilities.
