Rollem International Announces New Northeast Sales Representative, Paul Byrne

Rollem International, Anaheim, Calif., announced the hiring of Paul Byrne as their Northeast Sales Representative.

Paul most recently served as the Regional Finishing Solutions Manager for C.P. Bourg Company. He brings many years of finishing experience to Rollem, where he will represent Rollem’s slitting, scoring, perforating and collating systems along with the Insignia Series of sheet-fed rotary die cutters and Durselen automated paper drilling systems.

He is based in the Boston area and will cover the New England area and Eastern Canada.

RRD to Be Acquired by Atlas for $8.52 Per Share in Cash

Under the terms of the agreement, Atlas will acquire all of the outstanding shares of RRD common stock, and RRD stockholders will receive $8.52 per share in cash for each share of RRD common stock.
