If a graphics art facility is located within a non-attainment area, then it must be registered with the local air pollution control agency. If you do not operate within a local air district, then you will be required to register with the Washington Department of Ecology. Dependent on the level of toxic air emissions, facilities may be required to implement best available control technologies for the control of toxic air emissions.
