Exhibitor Cancellation Policy
Exhibitor cancellations must be submitted via email to Douglas Billings at firstname.lastname@example.org or via USPS to the attention of Douglas Billings, Empire Screen Printing, N5206 Marco Rd., Onalaska, WI 54650. Request must be received no later than the dates listed below to be eligible to receive a refund.
All payments are due in full by May 24, 2020. Any assigned booth space(s) not paid in full will be considered 'forfeited' and will be re-assigned at the Partner in Printing Expo's sole discretion. Your eligibility for a refund will remain as dictated by the following schedule:
24, 2020: Within 150 days of the event, 25% of sponsorship fee will be billed or if paid 75% of your payment will be refunded.
March 25, 2020: Within 120 days of the event, 50% of sponsorship fee will be billed or if paid 50% of your payments will be refunded.
April 25, 2020: Within 90 days of the event, 75% of sponsorship fee committed to will be billed or If paid 25% of payments will be refunded.
May 24, 2020: Within 60 days of the event – You will be billed in full for sponsorship fee and no refunds available.
