Dean has more than 35 years of experience as an executive manager of many different pre-press and printing operations, including screen printing, wide-format digital, lithography and flexography in the POS/POP and packaging industry, serving many brands. His expertise is in strategic planning and the development of operational strategies that helps companies become more efficient and profitable. Dean is a G7 Master and is also practiced in lean manufacturing methodology.
Dean also is an active participant in the industry through his involvement with various organizations that are responsible for providing leadership and direction to the specialty graphic industry. He is currently on the board of directors for SGIA.
