Dan Johansen currently serves as Marketing Manager, Wide Format Solutions for Ricoh USA, Inc., where he plays a key role in the growth of the wide format and industrial businesses for Ricoh.
Johansen brings a unique customer perspective to his role within Ricoh. For more than 15 years, Johansen has been a successful sales and marketing manager, driving initiatives in both direct and indirect channels in the United States and Canada. Most recently, he served as General Manager at The Sign Manager, a multi-site sign and display business where he focused on revenue growth and cost savings. He was also a founding member of DGI-Invisuals, now one of the Northeast’s largest wide format printers.
Johansen has an extensive history in the industry and was a part of the team that brought early wide format inkjet to market in the 1990s with the Iris printer and many subsequent products over a multiyear arc with Scitex, Creo and Kodak. While at Kodak, he led a sales team supporting both the reseller partners in the United States and Canada and mid-market direct customers, representing approximately 80 percent of the customers in the region and over $200M in annual sales.
Johansen holds an Associate of Arts in communications from Dean College.
